The Philippines – Global creative change firm Consulus is proud to announce the launch of Consulus Philippines, in strategic partnership with Strategic Processes Inc. (SPI, formerly RT&Co SPI). This milestone marks a deepened commitment to advancing inclusive, purpose-driven transformation in the region by combining SPI’s strategic capabilities with Consulus’ global experience in changemaking and design-led innovation.
Held at Discovery Primea’s Cervantes Hall in Makati City, the launch event gathered leaders from business, civil society, and the public sector. Themed “From Strategy to Execution by Creative Design” the event introduced how SPI and Consulus will deliver comprehensive solutions, supporting organisations from visionary strategy to systemic, human-centred execution.
Since its founding in 2004, Consulus has expanded to 23 nations, advancing a vision of the economy rooted in communion, unity, and purpose. The launch of Consulus Philippines reinforces this mission, with SPI joining as a Country-Level Corporate Partner in the Consulus Global Network.
The event opened with an invocation and welcome by Steffi Allison Villa, Assistant Director at SPI and Master of Ceremonies, setting a warm and reflective tone. This was followed by a keynote address from Ho Sun Yee, Managing Director of SPI, who shared the story behind the firm’s evolution and its decision to enter the partnership. In his remarks, he highlighted the desire to deliver greater value by connecting strategy with purposeful execution, and to become a force for good in the Philippine business landscape.

In his keynote address titled “Designing for Impact – Why Execution is the Future of Strategy and the Economy of Communion”, Lawrence Chong, Group CEO of Consulus, spoke on how purpose-led execution is key to sustainable transformation. Attendees were also introduced to the Economy of Communion and the Communion Impact Accreditation Program, a global initiative designed to help organisations integrate inclusive and socially impactful practices into their operations.

This was followed by a celebratory toast and “Sip and Synergy”, a leadership networking session where meaningful conversations continued over light refreshments, fostering new connections and a shared sense of purpose for inclusive impact.
