This was, for me, a type of leadership program that I had never experienced before. And, much more importantly, it was a program that emphasized finding yourself. What are your values? What is your heart?
What we see this morning [of the Strategic retreat] are the hard truths for all of us. I think when we look at each other, we assume that “I know and you also know” but the fact that we have this platform to bring it out openly to discuss, is an important step that we need to move forward. We need to be comfortable discussing these and then everybody must come together to find solutions.
Thanks for raising perhaps unspoken thoughts that constantly conflict or align ourselves between our own goals, our career and whatever it is we do. And thanks for reminding me that life should be simple. Start with simplicity to resolve our complexity.
Thank you Consulus for helping us discover the true purpose of our business. To become a lion brand, we must have a clear and meaningful purpose. Every member of the team must understand and share the same purpose with the business.
Building trust and forging relationships like these takes time. It requires consistency, dedication, and, above all, making time for one another. As a facilitator of the Consulus Circle, I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative power of these gatherings. Each week, as we come together and open up to one another, the bonds between us grow stronger. We learn to trust, to empathize, and to support one another through life’s ups and downs.
But it’s not just as a facilitator that I’ve experienced the impact of this circle. I’ve also been a recipient and a beneficiary. There was a time when I was on the brink of burnout, feeling overwhelmed and lost. But through the love and acceptance of everyone in this circle of trust, I found my hope again. I was embraced, uplifted, and reminded that I was not alone.

Lawrence is the Group CEO of Consulus and CEO of DesignFutures Venture, recognized globally as a thought leader on innovation, change by design, and the Economy of Communion. A two-time TEDx speaker, he has delivered keynotes in over 30 cities, including Sao Paolo, New York, Shenzhen, and Melbourne, on topics of creative transformation and economic innovation. In 2020, Pope Francis appointed him as a Consultor to the Vatican’s Dicastery for Interreligious Dialogue, where he actively contributes to global dialogue initiatives.
Consulus, founded in Singapore in 2004, is a creative change firm helping leaders, companies, and cities across 23 countries shape a better world through purpose-driven transformation. DesignFutures Venture, Lawrence’s investment firm, seeks to advance Sarawak’s economy through strategic partnerships in Singapore and beyond.

A certified dialogue trainer, Researcher, Lecturer, and Keynote Speaker on Interfaith Dialogue and Cultural Understanding across 10+ countries
Profile
Dr. Farha Iman is the Global Head of DialogueCore at Consulus, a global innovation consultancy. She earned her doctorate in Philosophical and Theological Foundations of Dialogue from the Sophia University Institute in Florence and holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Peace Building along with a degree in Social Work from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.
With over a decade of experience in faith and cultural dialogue, Dr. Iman is a certified dialogue trainer and a founding member of Sarva Dharma Samvaad (All Religions Dialogue), an NGO in Delhi. She was awarded the prestigious South and Southeast Asia Fellowship (Cohort 2019) by the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz International Centre for Interreligious and Intercultural Dialogue (KAICIID), an intergovernmental organization.
Dr. Iman has contributed extensively to interfaith initiatives, including being the one of the youngest researchers in a UNESCO and Arigatou Foundation project studying best practices in interfaith dialogue across 50 Asian and Oceanian countries. Her published works include a chapter titled “Interreligious Dialogue: Theoretical Postulates” in Sustainable Development Goals and Inter-Religious Dialogue (Arihant Publications, 2023).

Eric Lim is a dedicated entrepreneur, author, and parenting thought leader with over two decades of experience in education, edutech, edutainment, and franchising. As the founder and CEO of Parendigm, Eric brings a unique, transformative lens to parenting and child development, challenging conventional wisdom through real-life insights and innovation.
A co-founder of My Gym Singapore, Eric built the brand into one of the country’s leading children’s enrichment centres, securing Southeast Asia master franchise rights from the United States. Beyond entrepreneurship, he serves as Vice President of the Franchising and Licensing Association of Singapore, driving forward industry growth and innovation across the region.
His impact in the parenting space has made him a familiar voice in the media. Eric has been featured on Channel NewsAsia, The Straits Times, The Business Times, and national radio, sharing his philosophy on raising confident, emotionally secure children. His book Parendigm – Rethinking Parenting and his translated work Appreciating Your Child (later adapted into the film “I Not Stupid 2”) have influenced thousands of parents. Together with his wife, Eric has hosted countless workshops and conferences endorsed by institutions such as the Ministry of Social and Family Development, Dads for Life, and leading schools and corporations.

Registration and enrollment:
How do we know which series or module is right for me?
We encourage you to conduct your own research to determine which of the available training options best aligns with your interests and personal career goals. Additionally, we will assist you by assessing your CV and guiding you toward a training program that is likely to resonate with your current work experience and skills.
Can I request my company to pay the training fee?
If an employer wishes to sponsor their employees for a changemaker program, they may approach the program lead at Consulus at info@consulus.com. For individual employees, please provide company details so that Consulus can issue an invoice.
Refund, Transfer and Reschedule Policy:
Can I request for a refund?
Once a participant registers and pays for an event or program, refunds are not available. However, you nay transfer your registration to another event or program of equal or lesser value, depending on availability and with certain conditions.
How can I request a transfer?
To request a transfer or schedule change, follow these steps:
Email a formal request to info@consulus.com or via this form outlining the details of the transfer or schedule change. Ensure the request is made within a specified timeframe before the original event date. Remember, reschedules are allowed only once and must occur within six months of the original event date. Approval may be subject to Consulus’ discretion.
Funding:
Are there any further subsidies for participants (below age 40) from low income families?
For Singaporean/ Permanent Residents only, you may qualify for a subsidy if you meet any of the following criteria:
1) Long-term unemployed individuals (unemployed for six months or more)
2) Individuals in need of financial assistance – ComCare, Short-to-Medium Term Assistance (SMTA) recipients or Workfare Income Supplement (WIS) recipients
3) Persons with disabilities

All modules will be conducted in person, through a combination of live lectures, workshops, interactive discussions, and real company projects.
