SEOUL, REPUBLIC OF KOREA – Global creative change firm Consulus today announced a significant strategic move into the Korean market, highlighted by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Korea Advanced Materials (KAM), a leader in next-generation material technology.
The partnership is centered on globalizing KAM’s proprietary advanced materials technology, with the ultimate goal of establishing a new global entity in Singapore and pursuing a future listing on a major international stock exchange.
Under the terms of the strategic partnership, Consulus will serve as the exclusive international global office for the joint venture. Its role will encompass global business development, securing international contracts and partnerships, corporate structuring, capital raising, and managing the entire global branding effort. Korea Advanced Materials will focus on its core strength—supplying the cutting-edge products and technology.
