[VATICAN/SINGAPORE] – December 2, 2025 – Aldeas Scholas Films (“Aldeas”), the global community cinema and educational initiative inspired by Pope Francis’ Scholas Occurrentes movement, and Consulus, a global impact investment and creative change firm specializing in strategy, design, and innovation, today announced a formal collaboration. The two organizations have entered into a Framework Collaboration Agreement to jointly develop a variety of future projects across film, educational programs, cultural events, and digital platforms worldwide.
The agreement establishes an overarching structure to govern the partnership, ensuring that both organizations can rapidly and effectively collaborate on initiatives that foster cultural heritage, intergenerational dialogue, and create the “Culture of Encounter” envisioned by Pope Francis.
Leveraging Mutual Strengths for Global Impact
The Framework Agreement acknowledges that Aldeas and Consulus share mutual goals and can derive substantial benefits consistent with their respective missions. Aldeas brings its global network and profound mission-driven content, while Consulus contributes its expertise in strategy, design, and innovation to help structure and scale these purpose-driven initiatives.

The collaboration is non-exclusive, allowing both organizations the flexibility to pursue other partners while maintaining a unified and strategic approach to their joint ventures. Specific details, roles, responsibilities, and financial terms for each initiative will be defined in separate Project Annexes.
