
Speed and power are two things that MTU consistently delivers. Its high-performance engines and drive systems allow ships, rail vehicles, power plants, construction equipment and other off-highway machines to go that extra mile.
Our work helped MTU Asia transform itself from a service engineering provider into a full after-sales organisation and culminated in the launch of the MTU Customer Service Centre (CSC). Through a series of workshops the staff learned to make better use of their expertise and experience to achieve long-term customer satisfaction.

The concept of an open and holistic experience in the CSC was introduced and implemented by Consulus. The atmosphere in the room, despite the physical constraints, is remarkable and felt immediately by our customers.

Consulus has created awareness in the company through the courses conducted and interviews held. Our company now understands the importance of customer service.

The CSC setup is a very refreshing concept, setting a distinct bench mark within the industry. The overall effort reiterates MTU’s commitment to service, sending a strong message to all.
