Brand Strategy Intern

  • Responsibilities:
  • Research and develop business plans and branding strategy components
  • Design, plan and implement brand communication activities
  • Support clients’ brand or marketing managers, if applicable
  • Adhere to a strong code of teamwork ethics and professionalism
  • Manage project logistics and deadlines
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months duration
  • Proficient in MS Office applications but preferably comfortable with Mac OS and iWork (Keynote, Numbers and Pages)
  • Able to work independently and lead when needed
  • Have an understanding of marketing management, communications and/or brand strategy
  • Passionate to ‘Shape the World’ with us through branding

Creative Designer

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic design solutions
  • Develop research framework and conduct design research
  • Present design concepts to clients
  • Execute design proposals and produce artwork for printing and online services
  • Develop design solutions for Consulus related products and services
  • Contribute to design-related content for Consulus publications
  • Conduct presentations to the public pertaining to design
  • Assist in the presentation of seminar materials
  • Requirements:
  • A diploma/degree in Visual Communications or Graphic Design
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
  • Knowledge of web design is a plus
  • Able to work swiftly and efficiently, even under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Singaporean or PR preferred

Graphical User Interface Designer

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design web sites and mobile applications that are visually effective and usable
  • Work with a team of content developers, copywriters and programmers
  • Ensure brand consistency across all online communication platforms
  • Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS
  • Knowledge of Flash or AJAX is a plus
  • Strong portfolio of graphical user interface design
  • Good understanding of online communications and web usability
  • Able to work swiftly and efficiently, even under pressure

Personal Assistant to CEO

  • Responsibilities:
  • Liaison with the Management level staff and external clients or partners
  • Coordination of meetings and accurate calendar management
  • Preparation of official emails, presentations, reports and other required documents when needed
  • Take charge of travel bookings
  • Minutes of meetings to be taken when required
  • Maintain an accurate and organized filing system
  • Assistance with other administrative duties when required
  • Any other duties as assigned by the CEO
  • Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
  • Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner, even under pressure
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Relevant experience would be an advantage

  • Responsibilities:
  • Write clear, persuasive, original, brand-driven copy
  • Proofread copy to check spelling and grammar
  • Revise content based on feedback from the account team
  • Update digital media with concise, timely content
  • Write effective press releases
  • Requirements:
  • Degree in Mass Communication, Creative Writing or other related fields
  • Excellent command over the English language
  • Outstanding writing, editing and proof-reading skills

Accounts Assistant

  • Responsibilities:
  • Handle full sets of accounts and accounting schedules
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
  • Analyse accounts and expenses variances
  • Requirements:
  • LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum two years working experience in a similar capacity in Singapore
  • Proficient in MSO application
  • Knowledge in other accounting application (e.g ACCPAC or MYOB) is preferred
  • Singaporean or PR preferred
